We design environments for large retail centres and shopping malls, as well as boutique stores. Our design combines the innovative and expressive, with the economical and functional. The focus is on aligning design with the brand, in order to create quality environments that deliver value for our clients and have a positive impact on people’s lives. Interiors

We believe that interior design is as much about what is experienced as what is seen. On the one hand we create interiors to sell products and services and on the other to create atmospheres and to facilitate interactions. We treat them as one in the same; a unified approach that results in a total design experience.

Online-Retail

We create clicks and mortar. We match the offline – the physical world to the online – the digital space. Our research, planning, branding and design capability has its place in the online world, applied to websites, digital signage and social network, to create enhanced brand experiences so our clients thrive in every space and place.

Branding

The brand acts as the centerpiece for our design. A brand’s positioning and personality is always strongly expressed visually in all the environments we develop and our design integrates the many brand touch points to create truly memorable brand experiences.

Property

We investigate the market and identify the best locations, develop leasing strategies, negotiate with tenants and manage property for our clients. We posses high levels of expertise and keep a watching brief on market developments looking for opportunities that will match our clients’ profiles.

Research

We look at the past, uncover the trends, run the numbers, apply analysis, question assumptions, spot the gaps and review the impacts. And it’s all done by conducting feasibility studies, growth projections, population analysis, demographic studies and economic impact analysis. Our clients can rely on our findings to develop their strategies, knowing their business profitability and growth will be maximised.

Retail Consulting

We understand the A – Z of retail. We are able to draw from our experience of the past and our extensive knowledge of new trends and emerging opportunities in this sector. Master Planning

The company possesses a hands-on knowledge of retail and property facilities and can be involved at all stages of the development process.

Relationships are important at RCG and the fact that the company has worked with many clients for more than 20 years underlines the importance we place on relationship management.
