Since early 2005 RCG has advised Croxley on their property issues, assisting the company to get the best possible value from their property portfolio.

For 10 years, Croxley were long term tenants of a variety properties in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. As well as offices, the company had manufacturing and distribution centres, all of which required significant management.

Recognising industry trends Croxley restructured in 2015 and shifted their business focus from manufacturing to distribution. RCG worked with the company to realise their new property requirements, and then actioned a more consolidated property solution which allows for future growth.

Croxley is now New Zealand’s most significant wholesaler, distributor and brand manager for stationery and related products. Their portfolio has been optimised to suit their new business structure.

RCG are project managing Croxley’s relocation, as well as working on the design and fitout of their new multi-use head office in Auckland. And we continue to manage their property portfolio, which is now consolidated across Christchurch and Auckland.
