Designer jewellery brand, Kagi, has been achieving substantial growth since launching in 2006. Stocked in over 200 stores throughout Australasia, the premium fashion brand made the move to extend their physical presence.

Their aim? Regional malls.

They secured a kiosk in New Zealand’s top centre, Sylvia Park, and approached RCG to design their first standalone retail environment.

Which would need to leverage the unique aspects of the product, support Kagi’s premium positioning and be flexible enough to be rolled out across additional sites.

Contemporary, timeless and luxurious, Kagi’s new store looks and feels like a permanent upmarket boutique. Its modular gallery style design promotes maximum engagement between product, customer and staff; allowing the tactile experience of the jewellery to take pride of place.

Steel framed lighting extends above the stall referencing fashion show ‘runways’, it provides presence and illuminates the pearl encrusted necklaces and coveted gemstone bracelets below.

This design can easily scale up or down, and be rolled out across further malls.

We are delighted to be working with Kagi to expand their presence throughout Australasia.
