Development Tracker

This is just a tiny slice of our Development Tracker data, which we’ve been making public since 2015 (formerly on the Greater Auckland website. We also track a much wider variety of development types (e.g. subdivisions and industrial projects) and use this for our consulting work.

We are now partnering with Valocity to create amazing new insights from the data.
Our criteria for including projects in the ‘public’ version of the Development Tracker are:

• Developments that mainly consist of residential terraces, apartments; visitor accommodation; retirement villages; multi-tenanted retail or office developments over 5,000 sqm
• Projects completed since 2012 or which are in ‘proposed’, ‘marketing’ or ‘under construction’ stages.
