The Rise

Broadway Property appointed RCG to design a mixed-use Retail and Office complex along with public and private parking on a difficult site with complex zoning on a prominent corner in Titirangi Village. RCG gained the Resource and Building Consents and undertook site observation during construction. The complex features artisan and boutique retail, hospitality and service tenants new to the location.
